Well this is a happy accident.

I had posted this photo a week or two or three earlier for another prompt but swapped it out for something else and randomly assigned it to March 17 as a placeholder.

In parallel, I forgot to line up a post for today, so this one appears by chance from before.

And with that grain at ISO 10000, I'd say it fits right in with the theme!

If you are inclined to honor the observation of Jung's synchronicity, I'd say this goes well with this connecting principle.

Great title that reminds me of a Doors song! And the high ISO setting gives the image a raw, edgy look that I really like.

@Ted: Thanks Ted. In fairness it was a post-processed crop of a more traditional in-camera composition. I would not have thought of it but was playing with an image collage tool I'm working on and this one came through like this to my pleasant surprise. I knew I had to make a version of this crop.

Amazing. ISO 10,000 looks pretty good to me. Sometimes I get noise at ISO 200.

@Ron: I don't usually shoot with ISO that high, but I think the setting on my camera that limits ISO range had been reset. Still it works on this one for whatever reason.
