CANDY PLEASE !!!!!
They don't do Halloween trick-or-treating much in Belgium but they do have parades and the passing floats and sponsor cars throw out a LOT of candy for the kinderen (and adults alike).
These kids were already fueled on the hopped up energy that sugary sweets deliver and wanting more.
