Musical Legacy

A lesser know fact about Belgium is that Adolphe Sax, inventor of the Saxophone is from Dinant, Belgium.

A 175 years later, there is a bridge in Dinant with colorful saxophone art to honor this creative inventor's legacy.

@Steed: That's is perhaps one reason why we have such a great jazz culture here in Belgium. And lets not forget about Toots Thielemans! Though I guess the same can be said across most of Europe.

@Stephen: An alternate reality where Kenny G never existed. Sounds like the makings of a 3rd rate streaming service success series. Ha yes, but of course we also have the likes of Coltrane, Clemons, Coleman, and thousands more in between!
