This year was the 50th anniversary of the Brussels "Tapis de Fleur"
Every two years the Grand Place in Brussels is decorated with a carpet of flowers. This year they had to make some special compensations to account for the hot temperatures as the flowers are on display for several days and they didn't want them to wither on day one.
