This view of Humanity in Rome circa 2004 was divined from the archives for the Aminus3 Weekly Photo Prompt.

1) The Very Origins of Aminus3
This image posted today in 2022 connects us right back to this photo, which is the one of the first pics I ever posted on Aminus3 back in 2004. Both photos were taken the same day.

2) Freeze Action
Somewhat relevant to the present day... I used that skater photo posted in 2004 as the image for the "Freeze Action" lesson in the deck of "Learn Photography" cards that I published last year.

3) Daily Resonance
The amazing thing about photography is that we can connect to a photo created 18 years ago (or longer) and there just might be some relevance for us in the present day.

In this case, I reconnected to these 2004 images because I was using a beta/unpublished feature on Aminus3 called the DAILY RESONANCE.

The Daily Resonance operates under the principle of synchronicity.

The idea is that with intention, you go to a web page which will present to you one random photo from all of the photos you have ever uploaded to Aminus3.

Once you select an image for a day, it is locked in so that it will not change until the next day.

This in essence becomes your "card of the day", for insight, inspiration, and awareness.

You can use this for various purposes. For example:

- Before going out with your camera, ask for an image to give you inspiration that can guide you on things to photograph that day. You might look for similar colors, themes, subjects, emotions, or anything in the Daily Resonance selection that seems interesting or important to you.

- Think about how the photo relates to your life in the present day.
--- Look at the content of the photo. Do you remember when you photographed this image? Do you recall what emotions you felt when creating this picture? What was going on in your life that day? Is anything similar to what is happening right now?
--- Look at the date the photo was posted on Aminus3 and do the same thing. Do you remember anything about that date that is relevant? Do you keep a journal, had a dream that day? Look for clues to see what fits.

- Ask a question about something going on in your life and see how the image relates to your question. Using some of the considerations above, you might find an answer to a problem or question, linked by this photo and coming from your past.
