The Kumasi market was apparently more crowded than usual for Christmas shoppers.

@johbont: it was quite a rush to get last minute Christmas shopping - but I think it is probably pretty crowded all year round

@Twojays: thanks Joyce - the Ghanian people were very welcoming and lovely to visit - the Ashanti people (native to that region) have a symbol which is a unity of 4 figures interlocked, all carved from a single piece of wood. It is a great representation of our connectedness.
