The Tapis de Fleur (flower carpet) is created every two years in the Grand Place of Brussels. I posted the one from 2006 2 years back...

I have not created very many panoramas before... this was a quick one created from 4 images in Photoshop CS3. I was impressed with the Auto-Align and Auto-Blend features - will have to play with them more!
