I love the color of the sky ... my favorite color and it often appears to me in my dreams. Very impressive handheld shot. (btw; what lens are you using with an F/2.8?)

Shuva - I took this shot about an hour after sunset. Not sure how that makes the sky so blue on a longer exposure but I have seen other photos where this happens. It is a nice time to shoot! I think Aaron first introduced me to shooting right after sundown for cool lighting and skies.

Aaron - the lens is a Tamrac 28-75/2.8. I bought it a month or two after you visited. I was thinking of getting the Canon 24-70/2.8 but it costs 2x more and is about 3x heavier. The Tamrac is a pretty good contender for the price although it can be a little soft at 2.8.

I am still hoping to get the 2.8IS version of your 70-200 but have not taken the plunge as it is a bit more expensive!

I can't get over the contrast between color of the tower and the sky...next time you two visit Brussels, pack me in your suitcase!
