Looks like the icing is still running slowly off the top, and captured well with the light laying so nicely on everything. I like the compliment of the grated lime and it's transparent slices on the cake. (I would need wheat free and fruit sweetened -- how hairsplitting it gets for people these days. But I think I would just say "forget it" and gobble that right up. :-D

Did you make this? Are you a cook as well as a photographer? I've heard of baking soda bread, but not baking soda cake. This looks good! NICE FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY.

I adore food shots (take many myself), and this one is 'baked' to perfection !! I could easily dip my finger in the lovely icing ! More of those images, please !! ;-)
