Naan Man

One of my only regrets from my trip to China is that I didn't eat more delicious naan bread in the Urumqi area. It is famous in this region and quite tasty. Wish I had some of that now.

The guy sticks the bread dought to the walls of this hot ceramic oven and then serves it up nice and hot.
