Hôtel de Ville and Blurry People

Paris was abuzz on Saturday night Oct 4 during Nuit Blanche which is a festival each year where there are activities all night long throughout the city.

Aaron probably has a very similar shot as he was advising me on the best way to stabilize my camera in the city without a tripod. That guy is like MacGyver !
