Something about the moon and building in this image makes me think it was taken at Luke's Uncle Owen's farm on Tatooine.
(that's a Star Wars reference for the kids out there)

My kids would have gotten the referece immediately...Me? I had to read on to get it.
I like the way the wires frame the moon. Nicely composed and well balance photo.

Star Wars? That was back in the Dark Ages of the 20th century, right? Back when there were WIRES interrupting one's vision of the sky and SMOKE and gas streams polluting the atmosphere. But it did make wonderful photography. That Kravitz guy became famous, didn't he? I think he's still on display in the MOMA.

You know what strikes me the most? The dichotomy of old world/nature vs. civilization (the power lines). That above anything captured my attention and made me pause....I'm glad I found your blog. :-)
