I belive this model was setup at the Epson booth. Thank to the photography demo going on I got some nice lighting. This woman reminds me of actress Scarlett Johansson.

This is cool jason..loved it. Can you elaborate on the way how the lighting was setup here.

@Srinivas Koduri: Sure Srini - I've uploaded another photo of the same scene which you can view here... that should give you a better idea of the lights (and the model ;-) http://divinevibe.com/images/linked/lightingsetup.jpg Mainly two lights, one red and one yellow coming from behind and to the right.
I like the picture and the exposure, but I find the triange lighting to the rigt of her head a little distracting.

Jason, this for some reason does not sit right with me, the black clothes and the black background not really gelling for me, I know you had no control over that though, but still just not feeling the pose and the capture. Sorry.

@Suby and Sinem: Thanks Suby - I can see why you would think that... Robin is more onto what I was going for... still in the negative space mindset where her clothing is part of the background so you only see head and arms.
I like the shot, however I think it would look better cropped without too much of her arms showing.

I think I have to disagree with the subster, also with ryan Yam. That's actually the part I do like. Her body fades into the background, but what is still showing are her long sexy arms that come forward in this shot, also her hands that finish the shot at the bottom. If she would wear for excample a red shirt the shot wouldn't be that powerful I think. No, it's a great shot! robin

i like the color of the hair

Now i got it jason.. thanks. robin is right in my opinion too.. i have seen many studio portraits that gel the black dress to the black background.

Lighting set up is good. I agree with robin on bg and dress color.

Models are in vogue. I picked my image for 10/4 before I saw yours.

The color in the hair looks, it adds some contrast. Nice shot
