I'm not sure what the tune of this American Melody is but it likely involves a visit to the doctor and intestinal worms. There is a strange phenomenon in Brussels where any dish or sandwich that contains raw meat has the word "American" in the title. Perhaps all this mince meat is an explanation for where all the missing US tourists are turning up!

It's raw meat mixed with spices and served up (on this particular sandwich) with pickles and onions :)

Mussels cooked in white beer with fries is a classic Belgian dish although I have not had that yet.
