Studies have shown that cameras installed at intersections are not effective in preventing accidents. The state of Virginia has outlawed these cameras. Unfortunately in Georgia these cameras were recently installed at the intersection of Lenox and Peachtree street. It probably won't be long before the RFID chips in our national ID cards register our speed on the highway so we can conventiently be mailed our tickets instead of having to waste time being pulled over by the police.

In France, we have more and more speed radars near the highway. The goverment say that's it's for security reason, but they have also more penalties too. I have no problem with this, I have no car.
