We visited Leslie's brother John in Kansas - a state in the center of the United States... America's heartland. They've got lots of farms, crops and and the land is so flat you can see for miles. That's why tornado's fly so far here - for those of you that have seen "The Wizard of Oz" it takes place in Kansas...
This is the house behind John and Elaines house.

Nice composition. Everything seems to work very well together. I think what would made this shot great is a giant tornado destroying the house in the background. Maybe next time...

It's a great view and angle . But nonetheless the barbed wire gives a quite hostile aspect to the shot.

Kerstin - it's not that bad :) On the farm, barbed wire is a popular way to keep the cows and horses from running wild!
