Hummingbird Bokeh

The challenge of our photo assignment is bokeh - there are a lot of web links about bokeh and I'm still trying to fully grasp what a winning bokeh image would be - the basic ideas is how the blurry background interacts with the forground and whether it is distracting or adds to the shot... This background came out fairly interesting as it appears to have some swirls of color almost painting like ...
