This squirrel didn't seem to mind the torrential rain all around him. The tree must have provided a bit of shade... it's been raining every day in Atlanta for the last few months. The weather is not usually like this in the summer.

That background is magical. The focus is a little blurry on Squirrely but that background makes up for it. I'm amazed the rain showed up as well as it did. I've never been able to capture rain well.

I wish I could have shot the squirrel sharper but 1/80 second at 400mm from 15+ meters away makes it hard to get a sharp shot without a tripod (plus it was through my living room window ;-)
The rain does look good - it was coming down very heavy so it was probably easier to catch some in motion.

Cool shot! Now that you have the IS lens , you can do better in such extreme enviroment.

Cool shot, I shot a squirrel too but your shot is closer, and it's better.
