Leslie spottted these large prints in the sand. We saw a lot of deer prints but were not sure what this was. Maybe some kind of large cat.

I think it was a sand bear. The sand bears are extermely reclusive and are much smaller than their northern Grisly cousins. They hunt deer and climb trees, doing both only for fun.
